Bausch & Lomb is voluntarily recalling a limited number of production lots of ReNu MultiPlus® Multi-Purpose Solution.  This action affects a limited number of product skus and is confined to a two-week period in March, 2006.

The production lots are being voluntarily recalled because one of the raw materials used in producing these lots contained a higher than expected level of trace iron that may result in discoloration of the solution in some bottles, and may shorten the shelf-life to something less than its two-year expiration date.
